Admissions, Re-Scheduling and Cancellation Policies

Admissions

We ask that you arrive at the test centre 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This will give you adequate time to complete the necessary sign-in procedures. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late from your appointment start time, you may be refused admission and will lose the exam fees.

Please be prepared to show two (2) valid forms of personal ID.

  1. One form as a primary ID (with name, photo and signature)
  2. One form as a secondary ID (with name and Photo)

Primary ID must:

  1. Contain your photograph,
  2. Contain your name in English or regional language where test center located.
  3. Be valid (ie not expired).

Acceptable Primary IDs include:

  • Passport
  • Government-issued photocard driving license issued by the country in which the candidate is testing
  • Government-issued national ID card (only accepted if the card is issued in the country where you are testing)
  • Employee ID

The name on your ID must exactly match the name with which you registered for your exam. If you are unsure whether your ID is acceptable, please contact Pearson VUE customer Service before the day of your exam at https://home.pearsonvue.com/test-taker/Customer-service.aspx

No personal items may be taken into the testing room. This includes all bags, books, notes, phones, pagers, money, tissues, pens, watches and wallets.

Reschedule

If you wish to reschedule your exam, You must access your online Pearson VUE account to reschedule your exam at least a minimum of seven (7) calendar days prior to your scheduled appointment date. Rescheduling less than seven (7) calendar days prior to your appointment date will result in the forfeiture of your exam fee.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your exam, You must access your online Pearson VUE account to cancel your exam at least a minimum of 7 days prior to your appointment, a full refund will be issued to the same credit card used for booking the exam. The refund takes 10-14 business days.

Exams cannot be cancelled less than 7 days prior to your appointment. Failure to cancel in time or failure to appear for your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your exam fee.
